Cancellation Policy
1) Cancellation request received before 15th October 2008: Full refund.
2) Cancellation request received on or before 31st October: One day retention charges will be deducted and refund made
3) Cancellation request received after 31st October: No Refund

Cancellations request has to be sent to the conference secretariat in writing. Verbal/Telephonic request for cancellation/ bookings will not be accepted.
