Registration fees
Registration fee structure for OACON and MRACON will be similar. Those participants who register in OACON will get 50% concession on the registration for MRACON (Rheumatology meeting). For eg. If you are registered as a SOAR member and have paid Rs 2500/- (Early Bird) to attend the OACON, you will need to pay only Rs 1250/- additionally to attend the Rheumatology meeting & sessions. After 15th August, the combined registration fee will be Rs 10500/-. A similar concession of 50% on OACON fees will be provided for those registered for MRACON and desirous to attend the OACON. Accompanying persons & children will not be allowed to the scientific sessions. All children above 8 years of age have to register as accompanying child. Please provide your SOAR membership number for our reference. All payments should electronic in the favour of “ARTHRITIS RESEARCH AND CARE FOUNDATION” payable at Pune (see details below). Once transfer of fees by NEFT/RTGS is done, the UTR number &/or Transaction ID should be entered in the online registration form. Accompanying person registration is mandatory for registration in Banquet. It is mandatory for all Delegates/ Accompanying to carry their photo id for smooth registration procedure. Spot registration will not be guaranteed Conference Kit and Gift. CANCELLATION & REFUND : Refund of Registration will be made only against the written request by email or post submitted before 15th July, 2018 to the conference secretariat. From 16th July, 2018 onwards, no refund request will be entertained by the secretariat. 25% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.       PAYMENT DETAILS: Delegates must do RTGS/NEFT / Bank Transfer first and then register online on www.rheumatologyindia.org/oacon. Please send us the duly filled registration form along with UTR Number or Transaction ID as mentioned in the form.
